Avast Web Shield pop up HELP

I am continually getting a notification pop up in lower RH screen of Avast internet security.... Avast web shield has blocked a harmful webpage or file.

I have went into settings ...Status monitoring and un checked all boxes.... re booted, ...re checked settings to confirm all boxes are unchecked
And I still get this popup Avast Web Shield has blocked a harmful...
Either this stops or I stop AVAST, and subscribe to competitor  This never used to do this...help !
