Why can't download??

After I press free download bottom (select english or other language), but show "can't find the sever", why?


May I must register first? ??? ???


Any body can help me?

You really have to provide more information before we can help.
(Do you always go to a doctor and see I am sick without telling the doctor more?)

What exactly are you trying to download?
What is the exact location you are trying to download from?
What are you using to download?

Some people was experiencing trouble downloading avast! from files.avast.com
Can't you try www.download.com links? Or, simpler, just try again... could be internet traffic trouble.

Sorry, I think......this is my mistake.  :'(

I forgot closing my firewall.

Now, I can download avast files (*.exe) already.

You don't have to close (quit or shutdown or disable) your firewall to download avast or any other exe.
In fact, it's not a good thing as the firewall is doing its job, avoiding possible dangerous downloads.
Which is your firewall? Can't you set it correctly to download .exe files?

I use Filseclab personal Firewall.
After I check my rules carefully at long time...
I found out the website filter rule has your download web address: http://files.avast.com/,
so, this is my problem  :'(
