I bought Grime Fighter today.
It just does not work.
What is the best way to get a refund ?
I called the toll free number & got a non-English speaking rude person who kept talking & trying to get me to spend $180 for technical support.
He did not listen to a word I said.
Very poor customer support.
I hope he gets fired.
I just want my money back.
