Thanks mate, they don't help. It says my email is invalid. Funny because its the same email they used to tell me they will auto renew in 30 days.
Why is it so hard to unsubscribe........oh wait......ah.....more money for them.

I've tried to disable auto renew. Cant.  :(
I submitted a ticket twice now and nothing.

Requests are processed on a fifo basis first in, first out. Each new submission puts you back to the bottom of the heap.
It takes between 7 and 10 business days for the process to happen. Patience always helps.
Post your last Support reply ticket # here, not your order # and we'll try to attract some attention to your problem.
