Well here in Spain at the Streaming does not work, the last update that I have is the 18/03/2015 at 21:52:28,  :( and since then nothing more.

Well at least seeing this happened to more people stay calmer thought it was my problem, though it was rare that happened to both my 2 pcs.

I hope things get fixed.  ;D

PD:
The streaming to my earlier (until March 18) worked without putting me avast account, does not equal? that I as the use or wear, though I imagine that if I run because until that day without it.

Use Google Translate to translate this I hope will understand this.

Greetings to all.

Same problem here in Sweden. Got my latest streaming update 2015.04.19. 00.58. Since then nothing. Do update manual for now, but what´s the problem ? Server problems or what ? Can I trust the avast pro antivirus ? Connection say´s on and off all the time but no streaming updates. Posted a question in the feedback with hope that someone at the avast company team would post some kind of explanation. Since the problem seems to be in a whole lot of countries around the world it would be nice to see this problem to be solved. I do pay for my subscription so some kind of explanation would be nice. >:(

Today, only one of my 3 laptops has received any streaming updates, the first one turned on.  By the time the others were turned on about 2 hours later, all that updated were the VPS, and there have been 2 VPS updates thus far today.

Avast markets it's streaming updates as an important and vital part of protection, filling the gaps between the VPS updates at which times the streaming updates are incorporated in the latest VPS and then removed from the local machine.  This implies that those of us not receiving streaming updates have a window of vulnerability.

i7-3610QM 2.3GHZ, 8.0GB Ram,  Nvidia GeForce GT 630M 2GB, Win7 Pro SP1 64bit, IE 11
Common to both: Avast Premium Security 19.7.2388, WinPatrol Plus, SpywareBlaster 5.5, Opera 12.18, Firefox 68.0.2, MBam Free, CCleaner

275 streaming updates in the past 24 hours.  For the past 2 days I've had to manually update the vps.

Same problems here,  Birmingham UK. Last stream was received 15:43pm GMT today and my connection to the servers have been iffy since a few days ago.

Consistently dropping from "Connection established" to "Connection not established" every few hours and stays that way for the remainder of the day, usually. Not sure what's going on... I seem to be able to automatic update definitions just fine but the folders have no streams attached to them whatsoever, because they're not streaming.

Is this a widespread issue? Because it seems some people in this thread are having no problems and some are. Statistics say I received 246 updates in the last 24 hours, which seems a little low. When the streaming servers are working correctly it's usually somewhere between 300-400.

This gonna get fixed?

No streaming updates received here in Canada since March 20, the last being at 00:58.  It's now March 21 at 6:35 PM.

What is going on Avast???????  Why no explanation or answer?

Don't lose sight of the fact you should still be getting the VPS updates, the fact that avast no longer displays the auto update notification.

Essentially we are in the same position that we were before the streaming updates were introduced.

Correct. Though, it is still less protection than the stream defs which are in the current VPS.
