I didn't write down the ID number when I submitted the error report and didn't receive any e-mail from Avast with that information.
Am I better off submitting a new ticket? I never updated the original ticket.
I don't know if you are able to go back into the support ticket system and search for your existing tickets or not. That is what I would first try.
If you didn't get an email acknowledging the ticket and giving the ID, I just wonder if it either, failed or the email was incorrect or taken by a spam filter, etc.
