I bought this program to get rid of that stupid Adscout malware.  After going through the whole thing it did not remove any of it.  Wish I  new  what the deal is.

Sorry to tell you but GF does not remove malware. GF just remove junk and makes modificacions to improve your system performance: https://www.avast.com/grimefighter

You can either stay with GF or aske for a refund through Avast Support: https://support.avast.com/
