Avast GrimeFighter problems

Yesterday I bought Avast Grimfighter. The installation vent fine and The GrimeFighter ran The scan. However, after the scan my computer do not return too Windows, it hangs in the GrimFighter and the only option is too run the scan repeatedly. I can axes the boot menu but am not sure what to do... How can I fix this??

I too am having trouble with GrimeFighter, although it has worked for me in the past.

It tells me computer has to reboot...but never returns to windows and I have to unplug computer to get back in.

There should be some item called Windows that you should select and this will then boot into Windows.

Can you please try and let me know if this works?

You should have "Windows Boot Manager" it the boot menu, select this to boot back to Windows. Can I ask what version of Avast do you have? And it might help us to fix this issue if you send to support the output of command (run as administrator)

I bought grime fighter and i was not working so i bought a licence,and downloaded the licence and went to hit use licence i got an error message saying can not use this licence on this device. the device is a lop top and the device i bought the licence on who do i fix this problem.

Just did neither of them helped, and when I go to grime fighter and licence it says there is no licence.
