Hello,
I have emailed the edu@ email address but have not gotten a response about renewing my license code.  Can you please help?

How long ago did you send in for the renewed license? I believe ours took about a week to come back.

If you're sure it didn't get stuck in your spam folder AND you verified that the updated license is not shown at http://my.avast.com, you will want to contact them again.

The education forums are mostly Community Support. We occasionally see an actual staff member, but not very often.

I called.  You log into edu.avast.com and it is all there.
