What are you doing when explorer closes ?
i am see a movie.when this happened everytime it close all of the background process and windows media player/Km Player.Even stop copying process of files(Movies,Documents etc.).
PC- Windows10 EDU 64Bit,avast! free 21.1.2449,uBlock Origin,NVT_OSA,GoogleChrome(64bit),CCleaner,Unchecky,ZAM Free,Shadow Defender.

Total physical RAM: 2013.24 MB this is probably the cause insufficient RAM is causing windows to shutdown tasks

Update to at least 4 GB

No shutdown.Only windows explorer restart@essexboy.

As I said before, start with removing ALL illegal software and such.

What is IObit thiefs? and i use only iobituninstaller.this is a free version and i just removed it.one more thing i do not download movies illegally.just watch free movies on Youtube not downloaded any movies.@Eddy.thanks for saying "They are not trusted and can/will bring you trouble" i knew that.Now what i do with this problem?

hey Iobit have been stealing database from malwarebytes antimalware to there own programs. because of this Iobit can't be trusted anymore
