Please exclude this file from being reported as infected. It is not infected but it has completely crushed our user's ability to download and install the file.

Why not disable the Avast shields, download and install the file, then enable them again? (I doubt asking on the community forum to remove a false positive will have any real effect.)

Milos, Thank you SO much! This will help our users tremendously!

Bret, the reason we cannot do as you suggested is because we have close to 6,000 users that need to install the software and we do not allow them to disable any shields as we have those actions password protected. We also cannot host the file locally as our users need to download this file from the vendor's website, which is where they have been directed to go.

Hi,
we see a clean Avast result in Virus Total, and yet most users complain that the software is flagged and blocked... the software is and always has been 100% clean.. we tried the FP request contact form on the Avast site but it keeps crashing, so we assume it doesnt work...

please see the download link here and let us know if ok to white list and remove from your flags..

thanks!
