Anti theft asks for pin every time i reboot my android

hello...
i did install avast anti theft and configured it. but every time i reboot my phone, anti theft asks for pin and locks my device....please suggest me a solution for this...my phone is micromax a089

Jak instalowałeś(łaś) program na telefonie w ustawieniach podane zostało hasło pin . Dla twojego bezpieczeństwa prosi Cię o podanie hasła .Jak nie chcesz aby pytał o hasło to w ustawieniach programu zaznacz aby nie prosił o pin .ALE WTEDY JEST BZDURĄ INSTALOWAĆ AVAST ANTI THEFT!!!!!

Log in to avast anti-theft website and mark the device as found.
You could also send an SMS command to the phone.
