not satisfy and need a full refund

Hey Avast,

I made purchase for Avast Pro AntiVirus but not really satisfy with the full version, I need a full refund. I have submitted tickets but there are no one answer?

As Mentioned - Submitting multiple tickets can actually slow the process as the tickets are dealt with in a first in first out basis. So for now don't update or submit further tickets - refunds can take some time to be handled depending on your payment method.

If you can give some more information here such as:
When you created your first support ticket and the support ticket ID number.
