avast anti theft commands do not work H E L P

avast anti theft commands do not work on site, no location, no reference letter or something. I have android 2.3.3 on Sony Ericsson X10i permanent connection through packet data

what can be done?

use the free version of the software phone specifications are my.avast site including last communication with the phone and battery status

My girlfriend had the stolen cell phone yesterday, and since then, I can not find your machine it (Android) I did the Anti-Theft process (Root) Simply only the message saying it can not find your machine. I even thought that the thief somehow managed to get the Anti-Theft, but I tested with my own also, it's not working at all! What's happening? I have saved several times the startup settings, but it does not show with the Find command. Help me, I need to retrieve the phone.
