Purchased GRIME FIGHTER

I bought this program because it said it found 20 issues on my windows 8.1 system. I buy it, I run the Grime fighter ,then it tells me it is not compatible with my system! WTH??? Why invite me to buy it, tell me all it can DO for me only to leave me with a $24 Bill , for NOTHING!   Somebody needs to contact me.  Not Happy!
