Paid mobile subscription multiple issues

Greetings. I have a paid mobile subscription and for somre reason it isnt active on my dell venue. When i log into my avast account it shows as the paid version. I tried clicking the go premium button then requested resending the liscense entered the email used but it says avast has no record of that email on file. How is that possi le if i vcan log into my avast account usi g that same email.

The email on your account doesn't have to be the same that you used when ordering.
Use the one you ordered the license with.
