I think EasyPass is not supported - and may be discontinued.
I see on these boards that even the simplest of questions is not answered, except to point to the 'manual'.

the user manual is incomplete - this is a common problem with software manuals, generally - but it is still unacceptable. How else to learn to use the software? This is particularly important with 'security-type' software, that may have many idiosyncrasies of its UI.

there is no FAQ (as stated below, in the forum 'sticky'):
