It's a Winamp problem. :'( :'( For some reason it's not able to handle the sign-in requirement.
It works great in WMP (Windows Media Player) and JetAudio which I use and which is available for download on .

I've made the adjustments and answered the reply in the WinampForum.
It should now work regardless of which program plays your m3u play list. :)
