I was looking for a free utility to get rid of some of those annoying programs that insist on starting with Windows, and got to your blurb on Starter V5.2.6.8.

Found which items I could disable.
I was afraid to do that before.

Roro, I've tried Starter too.
But I'd like more Startup Delayer. This freeware controls the windows startup (Windows 98\Me\2k\XP\Vista) that does not follow a strict order.
