Avastsvc.exe need to much CPU

Today the Program harass me with using 100% cpu without any reason. Thats not good.
OS is Windows XP, Browser is Firefox.

1. Download Avast Internet Security: https://files.avast.com/iavs9x/avast_internet_security_setup.exe
2. Follow instructions: https://www.avast.com/uninstall-utility (Run this tool for all prior installed Avast versions..!!)
3. Reinstall Avast with the downloaded installer from point 1.
4. Reboot.

Repair Avast:
1. Control Panel -> Add/Remove programs -> Avast
2. Click on 'Repair'.
3. Follow instructions.
4. Reboot.

This works not.

I have removed avast again and reinstalled in safe mode with firewall, then windows xp do not start again in normal mode.

And the mail protection dont work anymore.
What is this for a version? 2015.10.2.2215?? It dont work.

No, i really dont want to make a Supportticket. I have absolutely no lust. i was downgrading to 6.0.1506 from 2011. And this version works fine. And i have Windows XP, this is old, and maybe is it good for a old OS using a old AV.

And i dislike the new design of Avast.

But Thanks, avast, that i get the new Virus definition for the old software.

Avastsvc.exe need to much CPU without any reason and without tray animation also in the Version 6.0.1506 from 2011. My Windows Installation is therefore the problem i guess.
But i used the autoupdate-function to get 2015.10.2.2215, and now 2015.10.2.2215 works without errors. The high cpu usage of Avastsvc.exe is not easy reproducible, because its only sometimes. In some days i will know how 2015.10.2.2215 works.

Today again 5 Minutes with the newest version of avast, and it need the power in such a high priority, that i am unable to start another program in this time.

Thanks alot, maybe i use the support-system sometimes, but now i have the problem solved by myself by using process explorer always on.
I use FreeCommander, and always if i used with FreeCommander Folders with thousands of files, avast needed later so much CPU.
The solution is simple: Disable the Cache like in the screenshot. maybe is the problem only at my computer, because i have disalbled scanning files in the real time file system shield. Therefore maybe avast never have updated my working folders, and have always the same problem with it. It make always the first time procedure... because never was a file scanned.
