It eats up about 60% of my monitor's height and stays up for far too long.  Can you please do something about this ad, I understand the need to advertise your product but it's obtrusive.

how large it is depends on you screen settings.

You can set the amount of time a pop-up is shown in the settings

You can disable the pop-ups in the paid versions of avast.
If you do not have a paid version, ah well you get what you have paid for.

You can't, even when the auto update notification popup was an available setting, reducing that didn't get honoured in regard to the piggybacked ad/info popup.

Now they have removed the popup setting for auto update notification, there is no other relevant popup group in relation to these popups that can be reduced, even if that were to be honoured.
