Problems with password "license key"

Dear Friends,

I´m Brazilian ! Sorry for my english!

I receive my license key, but i don´t "log on" in Register.
After the register, makes note on in license key number. But, the Avast report says "the license number not exist "

Please help me!
Wheter anwser in Portuguese, thanks!!

Are you sure you typed that number properly ? Do not use COPY/PASTE since it is very easy to copy last "space" character into the stream... of course, licence number will not be accepted if it has one more characted than it should...

Try typing that licence number one character at the time...
