Definitively, the customer's care of Alwil must be improved substantially.
Besides what it is said here about the news, I can say that I am a
distributor of avast! and the mails that I send to Alwil are answered after some days or, directly, they are not answered!!!
The same when we send a suspicius file, we have neither answer, nor even an automatic message to say "thanks".
