How do you Activatie Boot time scan Manually

How can you activate a boot time scan manually without using the software to do it, can you do it via the registery?

I am not sure, the only time I have done a boot time scan was with the program. Sorry I cannot help, but I am sure others will be able to.

In the next version of avast!, it'll be possible to set the default action even with the sched.exe tool.

When can we expect a new avast version?
Especially hoping for improved Mozilla Thunderbird (cpu utilisation...) support.

Well, like when you tell it to do a boot time scan, what actually happens, what files are set to run and were are they programed to run at, the registry?
