AvastPEToolkit - what is this

I'm trying to set up a new computer.  I have a subdirectory called AvastPEToolkit and it has a ton of .cab files about 2 years old.  Can I delete all of these?  I can't find anything on AvastPetoolkit.  worries me.

Just for future reference for anyone wanting to know. Yes, you can delete it. is downloaded when you create a Rescue Disk. Will just re-download once you want to create another Rescue Disk. Mine was 1.7GB large, created today when I created a disk.
