Error 7FFF2019 Cannot Logon into ADMIN

Windows Server 2003 Standard Edition
Installed on SQL 2000 on another Windows Server 2003.
Database was created. I have the follwoing errors in the my event viewer.

This means a problem with the SSL certificate.
Did you use your own, or did you have it generated by the installer?

I had the installer generate one the certificate.

Hmm, could you please try to regenerate the certificate using the AMS Maintenance Tool (accessible from the Start menu).

The "avast! Management Server" service is still refusing to start?

The service is started! I just cannot login

I have removed the ADNM from the first server I was trying to install it on. I am still have the same progbelm now on the second server. All services are running.

The signon screen come up: I selected detect servers, choose the server where I just installed the product. It gives me the Administrator as the user to logon. I put in the password and I get denied or there is an error

And I suppose you're using the correct username/password?

Administrator/admin is the default.


(it's NOT the system Administrator account, it's an ADNM account)

NO!  I must of missed that somewhere in the docs. I feel goofy not knowing that. I logged in without a problem.
