Can not activate product do to purchase email issue

 I fingered out why it won't work. I tried to get my license so I could install it manually. They have a fine product, I have it on one of my other computers. But on my laptop it would not activate automatically. I'll get to the point of the solution. It does not like my email address. It says it sent my activation code, but I never get it. So I registered using a G mail account. Success!!! Now if I can only get them to answer my service ticket and have them change my purchase email, to the one that works.

It is just my opinion, but GrimeFighter was and still is a really crappy product.
There are free tools that work faster and do a better job.

 I wish they would take this SIMPLE SOLUTION !!! and make the adjustment. I think no one is reading the support tickets.

All support tickets are read and handled.

If you didn't receive your activation code, it doesn't mean it is avast that is at fault.
It could be e.g. your email provider.

 I believe it's the simplest solution in rectifying the problem. Their to slow in resolving it. I'm sure there loosing potential customers.  >:(

 Update:  Email was changed and everything works the way it should now.
