Just Paid for GrimeFighter...so where is it?

I bought and paid for GrimeFighter.  It requested that I reboot, so I did.  Now it is nowhere to be seen.  When I navigate to it on the main menu it directs me to PAY AGAIN!  I wonder what I did wrong along the way please? (Win7 64)
