hello everyone, i have been trying to update for 2 days now but couldn't connect to the update server

What product are you using? Since this is in the ADNM section of the forum I am assuming the v4.8 clients, and if that is the case you need to migrate to the current v7 business line ad v4.8 is going to be end of Life in a few weeks
