Sorry my knowledge of McAffe's firewall is non-existent. Does the firewall test give a file location, if so what is it?

What does the firewall test consist of?

I assume that you have done an avast scan and found nothing, since avast can detect this virus (often a false positive because it is in an unencrypted signature file if you have used the Panda on-line scanner).
Windows 10 Home 64bit/ Acer Aspire F15/ Intel Core i5 7200U 2.5GHz, 8GB DDR4 memory, 256GB SSD, 1TB HDD/ avast! free 24.3.6108 (build 24.3.8975.762) UI 1.0.801/ Firefox, uBlock Origin, uMatrix/ MailWasher Pro/ Avast! Mobile Security

How are you performing the test?
Kuang indeed uses port 17300

You are supposed to have ALL ports closed, and then only open those who are really needed.
