Where is my free 3-years AIS license?

Hi! I have long covered the norm to recommend Avast more than 21 friends. But still I don't have to download 3-years free AIS license. Why?

Avast must comply with rules that they create themselves. Sad to say, but in otherwise it spoils the reputation of the company Avast.  :-[
