Every time I follow the steps to cancel my subscription it gives me an error. My subscription was ending today so yesterday with those points you gave my I got my protection for 10.00. Today I get a call that 54.00 was charged to my credit card can someone from avast please help me get rid of this charge because for the last two days I have been getting an email saying my credit card was out of date. What I need basically is to unrenew the subscription since I already paid 10.00 for it yesterday.
