Refund Request

Wish I seen all of these posts before buying the product. It seems that speeding up your refund process happens through here.

My order number is 14350524460 and I'd like a refund asap.

I made my complaint 4.03.2015, and still no positive results. I did everything what was required by DR service, but they still have any problems!!!!. So AVAST doesn't respect their own rules offered to its customers!!!! IT broke all  terms !!!!
How long will I have to wait for my promised refund?!!!!!!!!!!!! >:(

What is Ticket ID?... I've got some numbers from DR, but non was named as Ticket ID.
Is it that: OTR-980-93940 ?

8th April I've got such info: " Your ticket reference number is: 608659". Is it ticket ID?...

Or is it that:  KMM57861370V18639L0KM, written in some  e-mails from DR? ( after I sent my complaint)

21.03.2015 I've got such info:
"We herein confirm, that refund of avast! GrimeFighter - 1 user, 1 year,
Order No.13028787760 had been sucessfully processed.
Your payment will soon be returned back to your account.

Best regards, AVAST Software a.s."


8 weeks passed  and still no promised refund !!! >:(

You need to submit a ticket to avast if you want a refund.

??? How many times I need to "submit a ticket"?!
What is that magic "ticket ID"?....
 BTW:  I've never got such info from "customer support" to submit any ticket ID.
And I have done what they required.

You only have to do it once and after that have patience.
You will get the ticket ID after you have submitted the ticket.

SO I HAVE DONE IT ALREADY !!!! And I'm awaiting since 8 weeks for my refund!!! So I was patient enough I think.

I gave you some numbers I've got from AVAST, asking which is that Ticked ID. Why haven't you answer me?!

Did you submitted multiple tickets or changed a existing one ?

I will try to get someone from avast to have a look for you.

Thank you, but they sent me again e-mail with blahblahblah:
"We are still actively working to resolve your case. Unfortunately, to
date, we have not reached a resolution.
We will continue to keep you updated until a resolution has been
achieved. If you do not receive an email from us, please check your junk
or spam mail filters."
And I had to send them 6th times my bank account data. My bank is international, so their system is universal, and none company had none problems with it so far.  ::)

I then forwarded your ticket to our Polish department, that as per our records has been in touch with you actively since 21 April.
Unfortunately, if you insist in not providing us with the bank details DigitalRiver has been requesting since 21 March, we won't be able to issue your refund.

???!!! I gave my bank details 5 times already!!! In every required format... The same bank details are on my payment made 27.02.2015 to AVAST. Nothing changed since than.

Fortunately any miracle happened, because today - after 9 weeks after my complaint - I've got at last my refund. So it wasn't problem with my bank acc. details...  :o

I see that our customer support representative requested your bank details 5 times within 21 and 28 April, to what you replied each time that you have already sent them.

I wonder if that miracle is connected with the fact that you finally sent them on 4 May  ::)
