I'm trying to check my device backup before factory resetting my phone but can't login to my account. I saw the messages from yesterday, but it seems to be down again today.
Is there an estimated time it will be (reliably) back up? TIA.

It was up for me earlier, but appears to be down now.
Generally I have found it to be reliable, with only a problem Yesterday that I was able to get connected a couple of hours later. Of course this today.

Yes it is back up now.
The server went down, the Avast team are working on a permanent solution to prevent it in the future.
