How do you disable the self defense?
I believe you will want to uncheck the 'Enable avast! self-defense module'(pictured in the attachment) for your computer group(s) that you want it disabled on.
However, as pointed out above, if you're able to see and manage the computers from the EAC, you might as well run the uninstall from the console instead of through GPO/batch file.
