No internet access when "Avast Online Security" active (Browser: Firefox 37.0.2)

Hello,
I have problems with my internet access when Avast Online Security is running.
I am using firefox 37.0.2. and avast antivirus pro 2015.10.2.2218
I even cannot access google...

My solution so far to ensure internet access:
Deactivation of Avast Online Security.

But this is not my preferred solution.
Could you please help me.
