GrimeFighter with Windows 8.0

Hi,
Just purchased and installed licensed GF, there were 18 issues to fix when running "Optimize your PC". after rebooting, the message with Cartoon says that GF cannot access your windows or either your data are encrypted, choose to "reboot" or "Shut Down". any help in this regard.

There is no solution for it.
Just ask for a refund.
