automatic scan

when i download program there is possibility in every download manager to automaticaly scan it , but i dont know which file from instalation directory to use(if possible). i'm using Home edition.

Which download manager are you using? I use FlashGet...  ;)
Anyway, type:
C:\<avast directory>\Ashquick.exe
Without any parameters at the antivirus program setting of your download manager. This application is the Quick scanner of avast! (it uses the same virus database from the main application).  8)
