Welcome! I'm a new member and I'm sorry if that problem was already mentioned but I don't have time to search it... I'm from Poland (btw sorry for my mistakes) and I bought on 02.04.2015 license (as I was thinking it should be the Avast Pro Antyvirus)... My PC wasn't in good condition so I figured out to buy an AV, clean all stuff and change my OS from Windows 7 to Windows 8.1. So it happened. Today I checked my mailbox. I recieved an e-mail named "order confirmation".
Thank you for joining and for your payment etc. I entered link to the "orders portal" and i see:
Avast GrimeFighter - 1 PC, 1 year
License key xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxxx
Now I'm not sure what exactly I have bougt...
That key doesn't fit anywhere or I'm too stupid...
Please help me! I'm sure that some of You are familiar with the problem...
Is it possible that I bought the license and while changing OS it just GONE???
