Avast pop ups frequently whenever I open either Chrome or Firefox

Hello, when I surf the internet, I noticed that Avast pops up in the middle of my browsing activity.

There are the websites that is blocked by avast pop-up:
=veterand.net
=canadacomp.com
=filesonlinehere.com
=The other site I don't know, yet was blocked

What should I do now? This is going out of nowhere.

I was slightly confused what will I do in MBAM if it is done scanning.
