AVAST internet security business client doesn´t open

I installed AVAST internet security for business, and sent the links to download the client on all the computers in my department, all of them can download the file "avast_business_antivirus_setup.exe" but two of them can’t install it,  it just doesn´t start, no errors, no nothing…
I double clicked and wait but doesn’t start the installation.
I run the “CCLEANER” and the AVAST uninstall-utility (avastclear) in safe mode, and nothing… I am using Windows XP Professional, 4 RAM, free HDD space around 80GB.

Probably too late to help, but I had a similar problem on a PC.  Turned out the installer had not copied successfully to the local PC where I was trying to run it.  Deleting and Recopying the installer fixed for me (after a reboot to ensure the executable was not running).
