Avast in Browser

i added it to my Browser (Chrome) but not when i installed it, I did it after that, i got now the app, but it doesn't show in top right corner... it says i got the app, but im still not sure. (On my other computer, it IS in the top right corner, so i don't know why it's not showing up now. (windows 8.1)

Have you tried uninstalling it in Chrome, then totally closing Chrome.
Check Task Manager to make chrome is not still running, if it is, close it through the Task Manager.
Next, reopen Chrome and install Avast OnlineSecurity again.
