There‘s problem with DNS service try change DNS to 8.8.8.8 and it’s OK

That's Google Public DNS, personally i'd use/prefer OpenDNS.

I have windows 7, this computer on left panel network, right click properties, change adapter settings, right click on adapter->properties->protocol IP version 4->DNS server

Thanks a lot, that worked but is it safe to use that adress ? It was set to automaticaly obtain DNS adress on my computer so I'm just wondering if it won't cause problems with other applications or if it's safe to use.

It may have been a problem with the router DNS or the ISP DNS

I set google public DNS adress as an alternative DNS server and my router DNS adress ad prefered DNS and it's working so I guess this issue is solved. Probably what essexboy said, avast seems to have some kind of problem with my router or ISP DNS.
