 Hi,
I just subscribed to VPN SecureLine.
Connected successfully to SecureLine but  I read this message : the Internet
"The online content is unavailable. Please check your internet connection and try again."

I am on the Internet and connection is okay.. why it keeps telling me that ??

This sounds like you're being told that the website you're attempting to reach is not available.

Yes, I agree with Bob, I'd wager if you disconnect from SecureLine and try the same Website the online content will still be unavailable.

Guys.. I guess you are wrong about that... I keep receiving this message whenever I go..
what about the message error I found in the log  --> WinHttpSendRequest returned error: 12002

The problems caused by the Windows Error 12002 may be due to the blocking of the connection by a firewall or
a proxy server. A temporary failure in the network may also be one of the problems associated with the error.
Errors on your system may be caused by invalid registry entries and outdated or corrupt drivers.

Well.. after different workaround to try to figure out what is happening.. technical support asked me to try to connect from a Public WiFi:
they were right as you : everything works!

Now I guess I have to set up some port forwarding.
Can you tell me which ports and protocols need to be configured on the router Netgear DGN2200v3 ?

If moderator doesn't mind I would go for a new topic.
