DLL file is seen as a virus (but it is not)
« on: May 11, 2015, 10:02:06 AM »
Hi I have a problem with a DLL file, It is a part of the program I use at work and I'm sure it is ok

I tried to set it as exclusion but when the program need it Avast start again to see it as a threat putting it into quarantine
What should I do?

Another question:
Is it possible to set all a directory as a exclusion?

Thank so much for your help

Thank you for your reply,
the problem was that I set the exclusion for the file and not for the process, now it is ok

But I would like to know if there is a way to set as exclusion a directory to avoid the problem of setting all single files.....

You're welcome.

Note: If you report the FP, it can be fixed and no exclusions are needed.
