Payment without service

To Avast managers:
I had paid the Avast service without deliver up to now. My account is in Brazil - Rio de Janeiro and everyday a message from Avast in Portuguese comes in my computer inviting to keep the account. Please forward the message below to your staff in Brazil demanding to deliver the service that I had paid since April 29th, 2015. Details of the payment are found in the message below. Paguei por boleto ao Banco HSBC no dia 29/04/2015 documento no. 51.301 e não recebi produto  ate agora.
