Hi Everyone,

Wanted to give a status update on where we stand with this issue and to apologize for the delay on the release.
We have already fixed the problem with filling the logs issue. However (long story short) this bugfix has been planned to the R3 version of antivirus, which is now hugely delayed currently due to unresolved problem with sharepoint. We are working to get this resolved as quickly as possible. We do appreciate your patience on this issue.

Thanks!

Jeff

By the time the new version is ready for release, ISIS will be running the USA and we won't need it anymore.

It was fixed in 2507, which was pulled due to an error.  It should be resolved with a new version in about a week - from what I'm hearing at Avast.  I'm guessing 2508.

I'm running 10.3.2508 on all the machines and they are all up to date according to the business console.
The warning message keeps showing every 5 to 10 minutes in my logs on all 30 devices and servers.
I want to get rid of this mess in my logs.

EDIT: It seems to be that a reboot solved the issue of the log files with version 10.3.2508 of Avast on the Servers and the Clients.
So going to recomend to reboot the clients and going to clear the event logs of the computers. Going to monitor this the next couple of days.
It seems to be okay right now.

Rebooting the system any time you install a program of this size is always a good idea. :)
Many changes occur in the registry and some may not take effect till a reboot has happened.
