threat secured pop-ups

can someone tell me if there is a way to block the pop-up from invading my screen each time that it blocks a virus/malware? I find it rather frustrating particularly when I'm listening to music or reading long articles. Thanks for any anticipated help offered!

You forgot to mention what version of avast you are using. Are you on a free or paid version?
If paid, which version?
What's the notification? Screenshot may be helpful.
