How can I put the administrator privileges to the built-in avast! Virus Cleaner (without real login) when I run as limited account?

I'm afraid this feature is not available in the built-in Cleaner :(
You can use the standalone Cleaner - it will let you enter the logon data when you start it.

TAP, to the standalone application you can use RunasSpc or right click it and choose RunAs on the Context Menu (as you probably already know).

It's not needed, the standalone Cleaner will ask you itself for the logon data.
