Grimefighter startup issue

I purchased grimefighter almost a year ago and I still am unable to make it past the reboot stage of the process when it restarts the screen goes black and sits with a blinking line and it never reboots can I get a solution or help with this

Make sure you have the latest version installed and try to run it again.
